Once you have arrived in Moscow I recommend staying at any Maxima hotel.

The hotels have a delicious breakfast and most of the staff speaks English.

It’s very important to make sure the hotel registers you at the hotel upon arrival. 

Ask for a copy of the registration form and carry it with you at all times. 

This applies for all hotels. If staying with a relative or friend they will need to register you within 3 days of arrival.  Link to Maxima Hotels website is below.
